Workshop at the California TESOL conference in San Diego on November 18, 2016

Dr. Julie Ciancio, Dean of the College of Education; Jennifer Hirashiki, TESOL Program chair; and Dr. April Vuong, Director of International Affairs, will present a workshop at the California TESOL conference in San Diego on November 18, 2016. The name of their workshop is :”Skill Transfer from On-ground to the Online Context”. The content of this presentation arose from Dr. Vuong’s doctoral research and the on boarding process for online College of Education faculty at Westcliff University.

Dr. Lynne Díaz-Rico and Dr. Julie Ciancio will present a workshop at the California TESOL conference in San Diego on November 18, 2016. The name of their workshop is:”DuoFlow: Teachers and Students Co-Creating Second-Language Vocabulary Learning”. Dr. Diaz-Rico and Dr. Ciancio have made several presentations at TESOL conferences about vocabulary acquisition strategies.
