Professor Hazar Amino is a passionate educator, organizational developer, and motivational speaker. By fostering diversity, inclusion, and global thinking, Professor Amino empowers learners to reach their highest potential and be adaptable in this ever-changing world. She is a results-driven expert with proven success in guiding learners to holistically benefit society. Throughout her classes, she delivers fun interactive workshops, persuasive lectures, and training programs that imprint long-term organizational success and create a joyful yet productive culture.
In addition to her twelve years as a Professor of Business and Project Management at Strayer University, she has received various teaching awards such as “Best Dynamic Teaching Practitioner”, “Exceptional Classroom Experience and Compassion” as well as “Best Speaker for Strategic Business and Leadership” at the Project Management Institute (PMI) 2019 annual meeting.
As an organizational development program manager, she has 10+ years of experience translating business goals into executable strategies with a focus on data-driven decision-making and KPI analysis. In 2017, she received recognition for developing & delivering the Premiere Customer Service Training program for the Investigation & Security Services Division of the Maryland Department of Transportation. The performance of investigative personnel has improved by 80% as a result of the training program.
As a lifelong learner herself, Professor Amino is currently pursuing her Educational Doctorate in Performance Improvement & Leadership to add along to her MBA & PMP. She aims to enrich society through developing the core component of its success–people!
