Dr. Cusaac holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business, a Master of Science in Public Personnel Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

Prof. Cusaac has over 20 years of experience teaching college-level courses. Dr. Cusaac has taught both undergraduate and graduate level courses and also served on many doctoral committees as a member and as a chair. Prof. Cusaac has also taught both online, face-to-face, and hybrid courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has also created course and also supervised faculty and conducted corporate training. He also published his first book “Leading in the 21st Century: A Practical Overview of Effective Leadership Strategies”.
