AREA OF EXPERTISE:
Dr. Roesner holds an Ed.D and an M.A. in Postsecondary Education Administration as well as Adult Education from Argosy University. In addition, he also holds a M.S degree in Human Resource Administration from Argosy University as well as a B.S in Secondary Education from California University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Roesner has over a decade of teaching experience both at the higher education and at the K-12 level. He has taught a wide range of courses from basic collegiate study skills, introduction to business, human resource administration, and educational leadership courses at Southern New Hampshire University. Most of his research has been conducted regarding educational leadership and student perception of success. He currently serves as the Associate Director of Academic Operations at Westcliff University helping to develop and streamline processes so that faculty have more time to better serve their students. Educational leadership is even a focus in his personal life as his wife is a high school teacher who often engages in fiery debates about the future and focus of education. Finally, he enjoys spending time with his young daughter, playing make-believe, and taking her swimming.
