 LaMont Rouse, Ph.D., holds a doctorate in public policy and administration degree, a Master in Business Administration with an emphasis on data analytics, two master degrees in the areas of public administration and public policy along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. 

Dr. Rouse has over 20 years of higher education experience as an administrator with a focus on institutional research, assessment, strategic planning, and accreditation. Dr. Rouse has presented at national and regional conferences on the best practices in assessment, and helping an institution create a culture of assessment. 

Dr. Rouse’s research has focused on organizational trust, organizational behavior, and leadership studies. He continues to conduct research on workplace bullying and its effect on healthcare administration. 

LaMont Rouse, Ph.D., has served as an adjunct faculty member, dissertation chair, dissertation committee member for several years. He has taught business leadership, ethics, and organizational management courses in traditional, hybrid, and online environment. Dr. Rouse is an advocate for first generation students. 

In his spare time, Dr. Rouse enjoys traveling, a good game of chess, and spending time in the summer on his boat.
