Tayler began her career at Westcliff University six years ago in the admissions department. During her time in Admissions, she developed team members, built training programs for advisors, and oversaw Athletic Admissions for 2 years, working closely with Admissions leadership and Athletic leadership. After completing her MBA in Organizational Leadership, she focused more on the development of staff members and upcoming leaders within the Admissions department. In 2021, Tayler took some time off to travel and learn more about the International experience that many Westcliff students have in the US. With her return in 2022, Tayler switched departments to Student Affairs to focus on her main passion, Student Life and the Student Experience. After accepting a position in Student Affairs, she focused her time on Student Services and Student Life in conjunction. In the time Tayler has worked with Student Affairs she has expanded the Peer Mentor program to include more responsibility and visibility, increased the number of clubs offered on campus, executed more Student Life events than ever before, and developed a Student Life resource center that caters to the Westcliff student population. Tayler’s passion is to build more student communities across Westcliff University and to allow more students to develop deep relationships and friendships during their educational journey at Westcliff.
