With over a decade of experience managing executive teams in higher ed, entertainment, real estate, and finance industries, Kristen brings a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, streamlining initiatives, executive development, and generally getting things done. She has successfully been the “right hand” during significant organizational growth with her adaptability, cross-departmental collaboration, and problem solving leadership. Currently, she leads the President’s Office at Westcliff University and manages all University-level approvals ensuring alignment with the vision and mission of the university. With extensive experience throughout industries in managing executive communication, PR, and board initiatives, combined with a hands-on, proactive approach to project execution, Kristen is highly qualified for any leadership position.
