Jana Vondran is senior vice-president, Global Business Services, Ingram Micro Inc. She leads a large international team focused upon developing and deploying high-impact business strategies, best practices, and programs to drive continual improvement, process optimization and digitalization throughout Ingram operations worldwide. Her focus is on building on the company’s existing capabilities and streamlining its geographic and shared services. Before joining Ingram five years ago, Jana served for almost 15 years with Siemans, the German-based multinational conglomerate, most recently as Vice President SCM Shared Services America and Business Shared Services. Jana is a member of the executive board, Fast Company, an invitation-only professional organization of company founders, executives and leaders. She is also an advisory board member, customer experience program, University of California, Irvine, Division of Continuing Education. Jana has an MBA in international business from the New York Institute of Technology, a B.A. (Hons) from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and Diplom Kauffrau, international business, from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
