Dr. Emir Costello holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources, and an Associate of Arts in Business. He has previously served as an Executive Director of Client Services at a Nonprofit Mental Health Organization, a position that allowed him to explore both the Business and Clinical sides of the organization. Dr. Costello currently sits on the Boards of two Nonprofit Organizations. He serves on the Financial/Grants committee of both Bards, including being the Chair of the Grants Committee for one of the organizations.

Currently in the world of academia, Professor Costello is currently conducting postgraduate research in the area of organizational leadership with three co-authors with plans to be published by the end of 2024.
