Dr. Offutt has over a decade of higher education leadership experience which includes serving as Program Chair, Program Director for Graduate and Doctoral Studies, Dean, and Education Consultant. Dr. Offutt has developed curriculum, concentrations, and programs for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral studies to ensure alignment with industry and accreditation standards. During her career, Dr. Offutt has also serviced as Chair in various university governance committees as well as participate in accreditation site visits. Dr. Offutt’s course facilitation areas include business management, human resources management, organizational behavior, strategic management and leadership, strategy and innovation, and world religions.
