Dr. Wester holds a BS in Business Management, an MBA in Technology Management, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, Information Systems and Technology from the University of Phoenix. He has led innovative global analytics and business intelligence initiatives for clients including Google, Microsoft, Meta, Paypal, Sony, Intel, T-Mobile, Apple, The Walt Disney Company, Intuit, Intel, Allstate, Anthem, NBC News, Bonneville International, and a number of other Fortune 500 organizations. Dr. Wester has instructed at Alliant International University as an adjunct instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Programs Coordinator, and STEM programs Director for their Master of Science in Data Analytics degree, Master of Science in Healthcare Analytics degree, Master of Science in Information Systems Technology degree, and Master of Science in Computer Science degree programs. Dr. Wester has also previously instructed as an Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University, Southern New Hampshire University, and Tianjin University in China.

Dr. Wester is a published author, peer-reviewed published researcher, and public speaker. His research interests include calm analytics strategies in Internet-of-Things (IoT) device constructs, organic-owned media optimization tactics, and behavioral user engagement influences in predictive machine learning environments.

Dr. Wester holds a patent for innovative digital marketing technology solutions for T-Mobile and iProspect/Dentsu Aegis. Further, his professional interests include quantitative research, data science, business intelligence, analytics, data management, user experience design, statistics, machine learning data modeling, web development, virtual reality integration, augmented reality design, AI synthetic avatar/bot development, responsive design, emerging video gaming innovations disruption, interaction design.
