Allen Jordan has taught courses in information technology and business at multiple colleges since 2011 utilizing traditional, hybrid and online environments. As an instructor Professor Jordan has embraced his “second career” with a passion, his instruction and mentoring has contributed to student’s academic and career success. His lectures are aimed at providing students with a solid foundation in information technology and business by presenting “real world” examples along with theory.
Professor Jordan’s business experience includes more than 30 years of providing technological solutions to complex business problems, managing people, and overseeing multi-million dollar budgets in customer products, financial services and consulting companies.
In the past decade, Allen has served on the Board of Directors of multiple nonprofit organizations, and as an avocation has worked as a college and high school basketball official since 2001.
