Ms. Conley holds a Master of Professional Accountancy, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Management and Business Information Systems.

Ms. Conley has served as an adjunct faculty member, Program Chair, Associate Dean, and Dean. She has taught classes in financial and managerial accounting, payroll accounting, income taxation, computerized accounting, management, entrepreneurship, and business technologies at the undergraduate level. She has developed course curriculum in these areas, implemented certification programs, and participated in programmatic improvements.
