Dr. Mancera holds a Juris Doctor in law and political sciences, a Master of Science in educational leadership and business management, a master’s degree in US law, and an international certification in teaching language to adults.

He has experience in law, litigation, legal research, business consulting, and has advised in his career several companies in business law, contracts, and has provided legal services for companies that need legal structure and contract drafting. Dr. Mancera has also conducted research in education and has helped, over the years, several students with their thesis and research projects. Professor Mancera has written a book in language teaching called, “Fast English,” published in 2009. 

Dr. Mancera has served as an adjunct faculty member at Westcliff University and other institutions during his experience as a professor. He has taught courses in law, research methodology, leadership, psychology, communication, and general education.
