Dr. Alnabhan is a highly accomplished professional with more than 15 years of experience in academic and professional fields. He began his career as a professor of management, where he taught a variety of business administration and management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in areas like business administration, human resources management, emotional intelligence, business intelligence, marketing management, operations management, project management, sales management, and strategic management. As a professor of management, Dr. Alnabhan developed and implemented multiple business and management curricula at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He also served on various academic quality assurance and dissertation committees. In addition to his teaching experience, Dr. Alnabhan is an accomplished researcher with expertise and interest in emotional intelligence, organizational leadership, human resource management, business intelligence, sales & marketing management, digital marketing, e-commerce, big data, and artificial intelligence. He has supervised and evaluated multiple research projects and dissertations related to his academic and professional background and continues to conduct research in these areas. In 2017, Dr. Alnabhan transitioned to the professional field and held various leadership roles within the U.S. telecom industry. He has served as a district sales & operations manager and, most recently, as a human resource director. In his professional roles, Dr. Alnabhan has been instrumental in helping telecom companies grow, lead their human capital, and achieve their financial and strategic objectives.
