Dr. Sato holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership and Management, a Master of Business Administration in Management (earned in the U.S.), and a Bachelor of International Economics (earned in Japan). His academic background is complemented by his research expertise, including the publication of “Relationship between Risk of Insolvency and Working Capital Management: The Case of the US Airline Industry,” which offers a detailed statistical analysis of financial risks and strategic management in the U.S. airline sector.

Professionally, Dr. Sato is the Marketing Manager for a company focused on community development in Miyagi, Japan. This initiative emerged from his extensive volunteer work following the 2011 Tsunami. As a co-founder, alongside a Tsunami survivor, he has played a pivotal role in rebuilding efforts. Under his leadership, the company has successfully constructed multiple buildings and operates a restaurant, in addition to providing essential community services.
