Professor Cassell has conducted postgraduate research in the leadership effects on employee retention in the automotive retaíling industry. In addition Professor Cassell has real world business experience working for companies like Cítigroup, Credit Acceptance Corporation and APCO Holdings holding leadership positions in those organizations and others up to and including C-Suite appointments. Professor Cassell serves as an adjunct faculty member of westcliff University’s College of Business at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
