Dr. Siganoff undertook research in remote leadership as it pertains to the matching of leadership skills to team leadership preferences to better match leaders to functioning teams. The result was a functional instrument that can be utilized both during the interview stage and as an Action Plan for future development within a leadership role.
Dr. Siganoff has served as the Chair of the Institutional Review Board for the Southern California campuses of a nonprofit university. She has held the roles of Program Chair of Undergraduate studies for four campuses of a for-profit university, Director of the School of Business for a for-profit university and developed curriculum, new programs and prepared for successful attainment of accreditation and re-accreditation for APA, WASC and HLC. She has Chaired Doctoral Students in the areas of Business and Organizational leadership at several universities across the United States. She continues to mentor startups in Southern California and Utah. She was Business Development Manager at an inner-city college in the United Kingdom and worked with large companies on their restructuring and training strategies. She championed a Department of Education project to train local workforces via distance learning.
