Dr. Nydegger’s career spans executive leadership roles in nursing education and healthcare operations, including serving as Regional Director of Operations, Executive Dean of Nursing and Senior Director of Campus Development within multi-campus systems. His work has consistently centered on advancing program quality, strengthening faculty development, and improving student outcomes, particularly in NCLEX performance and workforce readiness.

A recognized leader in the profession, Dr. Nydegger is the Immediate Past President of the Utah Nurses Association and has served at the national level as Director at Large for the American Nurses Association Leadership Council. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to advocacy, professional development, and the advancement of nursing practice.

Dr. Nydegger is also an emerging voice in the integration of artificial intelligence in education and healthcare leadership.
