Admissions Process

Congratulations on pursuing your educational goals. Here at Westcliff University, we believe that every student has the potential to succeed in his/her program of choice, and our faculty and staff are dedicated to ensuring that this will happen. Our admissions process is a simple 5 step process.

Obtain Information The first step in this process is to reach out to our Westcliff University Admissions Department. At this time you will have the opportunity to ask our helpful and caring staff any questions that will help ease the decision making process and help you on your way to a higher level of learning. Submit Application for Admission into School For those students that are motivated to get started right away, Westcliff University recommends that you submit your application for admission here. Once your application has been completed, please scan and upload all the required documentation to the application portal. An Admissions Advisor will proceed to contact you regarding your status and any updates.

Continue Communication with your Admissions Advisor for Missing Documents Follow up with your Admissions Advisor until you have uploaded all documents to your application portal.

Apply for Financial Aid if applicable Please see the “Financial Aid” Tab and “Other Financial Assistance” After your enrollment agreement and all admissions paperwork has been completed, students are eligible to register for upcoming classes. Remember to keep track of upcoming important dates regarding financial aid.

Receive News of Acceptance/Denial After receiving notice of acceptance, your Admissions Advisor will guide you through the next steps to completing registration for classes, receiving system logins, and New Student Orientation information.

Once you have submitted an application for admissions, the next step is to complete an Enrollment Agreement. The Enrollment Agreement specifies clearly the nature and scope of the program that you desire to enroll, the services and obligations of the institution, and the responsibilities, obligations, financial and otherwise, of the student.
